# TAI Incentive Program

To drive adoption for tKSM and aUSD. Taiga will be providing incentives for the following liquidity pools: 

1. tKSM (KSM-LKSM)
2. 3pool (aUSD-USDC-USDT)

We are allocating 2,500,000 $TAI over 1 year respectively for each pool. During the initial phase, TAI incentives will be distributed on a weekly basis via a claim function. Users can claim $TAI rewards and taiKSM protocol fees on a daily basis. 

Incentive emission is adjusted on a monthly basis.

$TAI rewards and tKSM protocol fees will change to a per block emission once:  

* TVL stabilizes for both pools
* Claim and staking functions are built out in EVM+ environment

### **tKSM APR**

Based on the projected TVL level, $TAI token price, protocol fees, the forward-looking projected APR for tKSM pool \~30%, composed of:

* TAI incentives (\~16% APR)
* Underlying staking yield from LKSM (\~13% APR)
* Swap and redemption fee (\~1.3% APR)

*\*APR will change dynamically based on the TVL of tKSM pool*

### **3pool APR**

Based on the projected TVL level, $TAI token price, protocol fees, the forward-looking projected APR for 3pool \~11%, composed of:

* TAI incentives (0.43% - 4.16% APR)
* 3pool swap fee (\~1.3% APR)
* tKSM swap fee (\~1.3% APR)
* KAR incentives (0.30% - 4.16% APR)
* LKSM incentives (1.19% - 11.49% APR)
* tKSM incentives (1.29% - 13.48% APR)
* LKSM collateral staking yield (0.19% - 1.84% APR)
* tKSM collateral staking yiled (0.23% -  2.25% APR)

*\*APR will change dynamically based on the TVL of 3pool*
